When Women flaunts their body, is it Okay for men to Stare?

                    

Dear Afrivibes readers please, why do women/girls show off their cleavage, leave the top button on their blouses unbuttoned, then complain when guys look "there"? I recently heard a young lady, here in Portharcourt, narrate how she angrily had to slap a guy back into 'reality' all because he was really staring at her cleavage.
