N100 MILLION SCANDAL: COURT CLEARS FEMI FANI-KAYODE 38 OUT 40 CHARGES

 
 Former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has been almost cleared of money laundering charges filed against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
Justice Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia of Lagos Federal High Court, today discharged and acquitted Femi Fani-Kayode of 38 out of 40 counts of N100m money laundering charges.
The former minister of aviation Mr. Femi Kayode will be defending himself of the remaining 8 charges still against him. 

The case was adjourned till December 8.
