The event, packaged by Igbo groups in the USA in conjunction with the NIGERIAN MASTERWEB will feature speeches, keynote address by the Governor of Abia State and Chairman of the South-East Governor’s Forum, Chief Theodore Orji and solidarity messages.

Also invited is the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth, led by its National President, Mazi Okechukwu Isiguzoro, who will present a speech, and Women leaders, led by Mirioma Mrs Calista Adimachukwu.
The National Chairman of the Igbo Information Network and President of the World Igbo Leadership, Education and Cultural Council, WILECC Hon Chuks Ibegbu is also expected at the occasion.
So many other Igbo groups in Nigeria have been at the vanguard of struggle for the re-election of President Goodluck Jonathan.
However, All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, a political party, which has its base in the South-East, has said it would not field a presidential candidate.
The national chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh, said the party would support President Jonathan.
