For a woman to achieve orgasm is not quite an easy ordeal and many things account for this. What’s the joy in having sex when you would never reach the climax? A study published in the journal Depression and Anxiety has revealed that exercising half an hour before sex can alleviate the mood-killing effect of antidepressants.

The researchers used 52 women who reported antidepressant-associated changes in sex drive for the study, randomly dividing them into two groups; one group exercised just before sex while the other group was given 6 hours interval before having sex.

After three weeks, the participants switched groups and it turns out that the women who exercised just before sex came off better as they had a significant boost in their sexual desire and orgasmic level.

More surprisingly, an increased sexual activity helped both sets of women become more orgasmic and according to the researchers this goes on to suggest that hitting the sheets should go a long way in suppressing the side effects of antidepressants.

The researchers suggests that such orgasmic level would further be enhanced by regular exercising, with 30 minutes of rigorous activities 3 times a week for maximal effects and exercising just before some action in the sheets would go a long way.

Furthermore, you might want to have a shower first just before having a good time with your partner or better still, you can have a shower together with your partner to add more passion and intimacy.
