In the Oduduwa Republic that we have proposed, the Yoruba Parliament would be grouped into two:
1. House of Obas.
2. House of Commons.
The House of Obas would have 50 members. 35 members would be by
hereditary and 15 members by the designation of the Prime Minister.
The House of Commons would have 105 members by election. That's three members per province.
The following 35 members of the House of Obas will be by hereditary
with each representing the proposed 35 Provinces of the Oduduwa
Republic:
1. Ooni, Ife Province
2. Alaafin, Oyo Province
3. Awujale, Ijebu Province
4. Akarigbo, Remo Province
5. Owa Obokun, Ilesa Province
6. Olubaka, Akoko Province
7. Alake, Egba Province
8. Olu of Warri, Itsekiri Province
9. Olubadan, Ibadan Province
10. Soun, Ogbomosho Province
11. Oba of Lagos, Lagos Province
12. Elepe, Epe Province
13. Akran, Badagary Province
14. Deji, Akure Province
15. Olowo, Owo Province
16. Osemawe, Ondo Province
17. Ataoja, Oshogbo Province
18. Ewi, Ado Province
19. Onilorin, Ilorin Provice
20. Orangun, Igbomina Province
21. Obaro, Okun Province
22. Jegun, Okitipupa Province
23. Ayangburen, Ikorodu Province
24. Olu Yewa, Yewa Province
25. Olofa, Ibolo Province
26. Olu of Igboora, Oke-Ogun Province
27. Lufon, Ibarapa Province

The House of Obas would meet once every three months, only to approve
amendments to the Constitution, declaration of a State of Emergency/War
and any other matters. The House of Commons would meet every day to
approve of Government Business and Common Laws.
Our first step of attaining separate and independent #OduduwaRepublic for the Yoruba people outside Nigeria is to stop Gambari from coming back to power in 2015.
